For those of you who personally know me, this site will make sense to all of you. As I have spent the majority of my life living and breathing the life of hockey. I have known nothing else for over 30 years and now that I have retired I am one of thousands of players who have had to fight the battle and struggles of leaving the game they love and finding joy in a new chapter of their life and at the same time make peace with their past and accept the art of “letting go” and focusing their energy and passion into something new which we all know isn’t exactly very easy.. So if this relates to you in directly or you know of a friend or family member that is or will be going through this in their life please take the time to check out this site and read stories and articles of real life players who have told their stories and struggles and successes of their time on the ice.
I encourage those to share their stories in the attempts to not only help yourself heal but also give some insights and feedback to others who are going through or will go through similar challenges.
